硫酸鈣地板基板主要成分是二水硫酸鈣，在其干燥工程中必須嚴格控制干燥的溫度和濕度，保證干燥的均勻性。

常規的自然晾曬已經無法滿足規?；a要求，而普通的隧道式干燥機因為溫度、風量、濕度無法精確控制，經常出現過烘（二水石膏脫水）和欠烘（水分含量偏高）等現象，難以滿足石膏地板的烘干要求，造成地板水分不均勻，影響地板的質量。
