化學石膏（脫硫石膏，磷石膏，檸檬石膏等）是我公司今年來的工藝，裝備研發的重點項目，經過5年來的工藝技術儲備和二十幾個工程實例的建設實踐，工藝技術和裝備技術方面日趨完善，已經建設完成的生產線總處理量達到150萬噸，走在了國內同行業的前列。

Chemical gypsum(mainly desulfurization gypsum and phosphogypsum)will be one of the main gypsum building materials from now on and our technology has foccused on it recent years. After 5 years technical strorage and building experience of more than 20 projects, our process technology and equipment technology are oerfect day by day and our total output for every year of finished production lines has reached 1.5 million tons, at the fore front of civil industry.

在建筑石膏生產工藝上，根據客戶熱源，原材料，占地，產品要求等基礎參數不同，我們可以為客戶提供一步法和兩步法兩種生產工藝，在兩種工藝上，又可根據用戶生產產品的不同分別采用石膏煅燒沸騰爐，錘式煅燒機，錐形炒鍋等多種不同的石膏煅燒設備，以生產出適合用戶要求的建筑石膏，克服了國內煅燒設備單一造成的產品可調性能差的特點。

We can supply two production process, one-step and two-step production process, according to customers’ different sources of heat, raw material, plant area, product requirements and etc…And also we can supply different calcination equipments according to customers’ different products, such as gypsum-calcining boiling furnace, hammer type calciner, cone-shaped popper and ect. In order to produce most suitable gypsum powder for customers, which overcomes bad performance characteristics of the products because of the single calcination equipment.

建筑石膏生產線（天然石膏）采用立式磨、沸騰爐等國內成熟先進的工藝裝備，其中沸騰爐為目前我國應用廣的建筑石膏煅燒設備，具有設備小巧，生產能力大結構簡單，不易損壞設備緊湊，占地少能耗較低操作方便，容易實現自動控制，產品質量好，熟石膏相組成比較理想，物理性能穩定基建投資省，運行費用低等七大優點，被廣泛應用于天然石膏和化學石膏的煅燒工藝之中，并隨我公司生產線遠銷到泰國、烏茲別克斯坦、哥倫比亞、墨西哥等世界上多個地區。

Gypsum Powder Production Line (natural gypsum) adopts civil advanced process  and equipments like Vertical Mill, Boiling Kiln and so on, of which Boiling Kiln is the most widely used calcining equipment at present in China with the advantages of small size, fine producing capacity, simple structure, small occupied areas, low energy consumption, convenient operation, automatic control, good quality, ideal phase composition, steady physical performance and low investment, etc.. It is widely used into calcining process of natural gypsum and chemical gypsum and has been sold to THAILAND, UZBEKISTAN, COLUMBIA, MEXICO and etc..

雙槳葉干燥機可對膏狀、顆粒狀、粉狀、漿狀物料間接加熱或冷卻，可完成干燥、冷卻、加熱、滅菌、反應、低溫燃燒等單元操作?？招妮S上密集排列著特殊的楔型中空攪拌傳熱槳葉，熱介質經空心軸流經槳葉具有較高的傳熱效率和傳熱面自清潔功能。單位有效容積內傳熱面積很大，熱介質溫度從-40℃到320℃，可以是水蒸汽，也可以是導熱油等。間接傳導加熱，沒有攜帶空氣帶走熱量，熱量均用來加熱物料。熱量損失僅為通過器體保溫層向環境的散熱。

流化煅燒機設備,主要用于將吸附水含量小于5%的天然二水石膏粉或化學二水石膏粉轉化為半水石膏,是一種應用流體化技術煅燒石膏的高效專用設備.

沸騰爐的工作原理

在正常工作時爐子裝滿粉料,爐底部通過氣體分布板吹入少量空氣,使粉料實現流態化.熱源的熱量通過加熱管的管壁傳給物料.生石膏粉連續不斷地加入,與床層中原有的大量熱石膏粉迅速混合,達到同樣的溫度(140-150℃).此溫度處于二水石膏激烈脫水轉化為半水石膏的溫度范圍.

因此生石膏就迅速開始脫水.在主爐中大部分二水石膏轉化為半水石膏.物料進入付爐后,溫度迅速升高到155-165℃,殘余的二水石膏全部轉化為半水石膏,并有少量開始向無水石膏Ⅲ轉化.這時物料從付爐床層上界面處溢流出料.
